No Cancellations

Once a Transaction is successfully completed, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with Prepixo to purchase the selected product and/or service. All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform for that specific product or service.

No Refunds

Prepixo follows a strict no-refund policy. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, except: Where expressly required under applicable law, or Where explicitly mentioned for a specific product or service on the Platform.

Exception – Misrepresentation of Product/Service

The only circumstance in which you may request a replacement or refund is if the product and/or service delivered to you is materially different from the description provided on the Platform. Such a request must be submitted in writing within three (3) calendar days of the Transaction date. The request must be sent to info@prepixo.com with a clear explanation and verifiable proof of the discrepancy. Approval of any refund under this clause will be at the sole and absolute discretion of Prepixo.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved under the above exception, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Any bank or payment gateway charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
